Although she graces the cover of the September issue as her currently fresh-faced self, in the accompanying spread, Bazaar digitally enhanced Leighton Meester to look 50 in one shot - rendering her an elegantly-aging society doyenne clad in Van Cleef bling, a ruffly Ralph Lauren Blue Label blouse and Louis Vuitton suit. "Any fear of aging, I think, is simply vanity," she remarks in the interview...at 23 still blessed with the short-lived natural beauty that goes with being on the right side of 30. "But I do support Botox. If people want that, do it."
